First up: We are a fee-only, fiduciary Registered Investment Advisor. That means we are legally required to put your interests before any others. Our ONLY compensation is from our clients (that means we’re not swayed by commissions or hidden kick-backs from products).

Our relationships start with a “fit” meeting. You get to tell us about you, your history and what you want for your future—your story.

Once we’ve agreed to move forward, we’ll go over your financial information to get a picture of where you are right now. Then we’ll draft a financial life plan—a blueprint for your money life—based on the goals that matter most to you.

We’ll help implement your plan so you can start reaping the emotional and financial rewards of our work together.

And we’ll monitor your progress to ensure your financial life continues to reflect what matters most.

The fees you pay are our ONLY compensation.

Since we are a fee-only, fiduciary Registered Investment Advisor, our ONLY compensation is from our clients (no commissions or hidden fees).

We use a flat fee model because it is transparent and eliminates even the perception of any conflicts of interest.

The fixed fee is based on a formula: 1% of your Adjusted Gross Income plus a percentage of your Net Worth from this table:

$5,000,000.01 – $10,000,000 0.25%
Over $10,000,000 0.10%

Depending on the complexity of your planning needs, your fee could be higher or lower. We’ll develop a fee quote for you after our “fit” meeting and we guarantee our final fee for two years once we start working together.

For stand-alone Investment Management services, the fee is a percentage of assets under our management per the following schedule:
